The process

    Consultation Call

    We begin our collaboration with a consultation/discovery call to verify if JVE Interiors is the right fit for your project. Our call will help establish connection and clarity and allow us to get to know your vision and goals. This step may require a site visit as well, and we are also open to meeting in person for our consultation.

    Developing the Concept

    After our initial consultation, we create the concept for your space through a variety of means, including visual rendering, and provide a framework before the design begins. In this stage, we utilize moodboards with inspiration, potential color palettes, material direction, and other details to help build your concept.

    Planning the Design

    We step into the main part of our process, which is preparing the entire design and other specifications for the space. This stage of our process can include a wide range of tasks, including furniture planning, architectural adjustments, and material selections.

    Managing the Project

    Once the design plan has been approved, we begin coordinating with contractors and other vendors to help prepare all the pieces for your space. In this stage, we become the central communication for all parties involved and continue to consult with you on important decisions, budget updates, etc.

    Focusing on the Details

    At this stage, we curate the subtle details of your space, including décor, artwork, plants/greenery, lighting, and other pieces. The nuances of your space will be finalized in this stage and any last-minute details will be addressed and completed.

    Installation and Styling

    After all necessary pieces of your new, refreshed space have been delivered, we move forward with installation and styling your space and bringing your vision to life. We oversee quality control and the placement of all furniture, décor, etc., during this stage.

    The Final Reveal

    We walk you through your newly renovated space to ensure every detail aligns with your initial goals. We’ll take this time to discuss important handover information with you and make sure you have everything you need before we officially conclude your project.
